In ScanR (pronounced Scanner) you are a Droid tasked with finding a missing group of hikers that got trapped in a cave. Use your scanning module to find your way in an environment without light. What might be lurking in the deep?

Base-Mechanic inspired by Scanner Sombre (Website - Steam - GOG)

Ludum Dare

This game is my entry for the 48th Ludum Dare GameJam. The theme is: Deeper and deeper

This game was made for the Compo Version of the jam, meaning it was created in 48 hours and all the coding, art and sound was made during this time period by me.

Controls

Use the arrow keys, WASD, ZQSD or IJKL to move. Jumping also works with Space.

Aim you scanner with the mouse and hold the left mouse button to scan.

Use Levers with the right mouse button, Enter, CTRL or E.

Should you get stuck (this is not supposed to happen) you can press R to respawn at the last checkpoint.
